We are two friends who have been living in this flat for about a year. Sadly our friend is leaving us in mid August, however we love our flat and location so much that we want to stay and are looking for someone else to take his room. We both enjoy a pub/bar night but equally happy to have a chilled night in.
The room is a big double on the 2nd floor. The flat is in a great location on Northcote Road, with lots of really nice pubs and restaurants on the doorstep. The flat is less than a 10 min walk to Clapham Junction with trains to Victoria and Waterloo every 2-3 mins.
We’re looking for someone to move in from the 14th August. Drop us a message if you’re interested!
