Spacious double bedroom with own bathroom

Hi everyone

We are Emma and Sarah , Sarah is originally South Africa and moved over 4 years ago. Emma moved from Cape Town when she was still in high school.
We are looking for a new flatmate who is friendly , active and keen to form part of the household.
We have recently moved into a three bedroom unfurnished flat and have two years remaining on our tenancy. We both enjoy yoga, which we go to down the road and often do soul cycle classes and cook together. We are looking for someone to join the house who is sociable and keen to join in on these activities with us. We both do have our own friends but also do things together.

This bedroom has sole use of its own bathroom, apart from the washing machine being located there which is shared. The flat is spaced out over three floors.
A bit of the boring stuff:
* must earn a min salary of £40k a year
* preferably a girl who is hybrid working
* must be in full time employment
* move in date to be confirmed.
* must be able to do in person viewings as we really want to be able to get along with our future flattie :)
