Our tenancy agreement is due for renewal in September, but my current housemates have chosen to move on.

The flat is located on a residential street near Clapham Common Northside, giving you easy access to Clapham Common within a minute's walk. The tube station is approximately a 15-minute walk away, with Clapham Junction also a 15-minute walk in the opposite direction.

We have a great shared living area and roomy kitchen, and there are 2 bathrooms (3 toilets) in the property.

🛏️ 1: double room next to the lounge room and has plenty of space for a desk and shelves as well as 2 wardrobes.
🛏️ 2: large double room with an ensuite bathroom. Located on the top floor with plenty of light.

💡 Bills are around £100 a month.

✨About Me: 26 year old Aussie who moved over last year. I’m easy going, social, and always up for a good laugh. When I'm not working you would find me finding the best coffee spots, playing tennis, going to the gym or reading a book.

Requires passing reference checks from our landlords first and new lease needs be signed in July.
