I am willing to part with my furniture and comforts (ikea storage shelves, clothes rack, bedding, and portable heater) for a low price. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen, large tv, and comfy couch.
My flat mate is a kind and friendly 25 year old male, who is very chill, clean and tidy.
Bills extra, but luckily Wandsworth council tax is the lowest in London.
Location is amazing, only 5 min walk from Clapham Junction station!! Plenty of restaurants, pubs, cafes, and parks nearby!
