Hello everyone,
We are looking for somebody chill, friendly, clean and tidy to join us in our 3-bedroom flat!
The flat is spread over 3 floors with a garden and bedroom on the first floor, open-plan(ish) living room, dining table and kitchen on the second and then two bedrooms (including the one available) and separate bathroom & w/c on the top floor. We do have a couple of additional little spaces for storage as well.
Location: Its about a 5-10 minute walk to Clapham junction (depending on if you have mastered the London speed walk).
The flat is just off of St John’s hill and a 10 minute walk from Northcote Road so there are lots of bars, restaurants, gyms and other shops nearby. We are about a 2 minute walk from a Sainsbury’s local or about 10 mins away there is a choice of m&s, Waitrose, Asda, and lidl.
The street itself is generally nice and quiet as it’s off the main road.
About you/us: We are looking for somebody who is chilled out - especially during the week - as we like to be able to function for work.
We want a friendly person - we have our own lives going on but we would like to be friends with our housemate.
Generally we’re into exploring London and new things, going for food/drinks, yoga/work out classes etc.
We don’t want somebody who works from home full time (sorry) as we both work from home a couple of days a week.
And clean and tidy - we share out areas of the house to clean each week to make sure it’s fair.
Also females preferably please - we just find we feel more comfortable with just girls around the house.
The move-in date is the 1st September, and you will need to earn at least 27k to pass referencing. Our flatmate is moving to France for work so you would be taking over her contract via a deed of assignment and then have the option of renewing the tenancy at the end of March 2025.
Bills are roughly £80-90 each month.
We are still finalising our viewing dates but it is likely to be between 15th-20th July so if you are interested let us know a bit about yourself and your availability please!
