Hi everyone! Lovely double room available in Clapham Junction/ Battersea! 🏡 £937 a month (not including bills), available 24th August!

Lovely cosy double room which gets loads of natural light. Room is located right at the back of the flat so don’t hear any road noise and doesn’t neighbour any of my flatmates so is very peaceful and private. Room comes with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers - desk and bookshelf in pics not included. Loads of storage throughout the flat inc 2 big cupboards in the hallway which are great for storing suitcases/ boxes/ bigger items. We’re also lucky to have a spare room (which is where the wardrobe currently is, it would fit in bedroom but nice to have extra floor space) which is great for storing extra stuff/ drying washing in the winter. This is directly next to the room and not used loads by flatmates so gives loads of extra space and is very handy - could also be used to WFH (but I currently do this in my bedroom)! Also an extra wardrobe in there which is currently not used so handy if you have loads of clothes. Flat also has an outside space which is very handy for drying clothes in summer.

📍Excellent location - located approx 7 min walk from Clapham Junction station/ 3 min walk from a big Asda, Lidl and Boots. Northcote Road is under a 10 min walk away so close to loads of lovely pubs, restaurants and coffee shops! 10 min walk to both Clapham Common and Battersea park. Also loads of bus routes that go to and from central London at the top of the road which are very handy for getting home after a night out as they more or less drop you to your door.

Sharing with 2 other girls, Cyann (23) and Imanie (22) Both very friendly and social keep the flat clean and tidy! Looking for someone social and friendly - we’re all currently good friends and spend a good amount of time together but also are all quite busy with respective work/ social lives.

Bills are usually v cheap (v low council tax at £25 pcm each) coming in at approx £75 a month and a bit higher in winter
