Hi there!
We are looking for somebody chill, clean and friendly to join us in our 3-bedroom flat!
The flat: It's a bright ground floor with 3 rooms and an open plan living room/kitchen space. We have a big bathroom (with both shower and bath!) and some cupboards for additional storage.
The location: It's about a 5-10 minute walk to Clapham Junction station (depending on leg length but I'll say my short legs take me there in 7 min!).
We are about a 10-12 minute walk from Northcote Road so we are surrounded by all amenities: bars, gyms, parks (Battersea Park and Clapham Common), shops (Lidl and Asda are just a couple of streets away, and we also have Sainsbury's, M&S, Waitrose and Tesco around).
The commute is also great, with plenty of buses (bus stops are a 4-5 minute walk) and trains in Clapham Junction that will get you to either Vauxhall, Waterloo or Victoria in less than 10 minutes. And if you're big on traveling, Gatwick Airport is about 40 minutes from door to door.
About us: We are both in our late twenties/early thirties, we are both quite chilled and like to socialise and share plans with each other, but we are also respectful of each other's privacy.
Annabelle is Australian and a physiotherapist (working most weekdays at the hospital), Laura is Spanish and an event planner (working most days from home with 1/2 days per week at events).
About you: We are looking for somebody who is chilled out, ideally working Mon-Fri like us, but if that's not the case just be respectful during the weekdays as we both need to get up early.
We want a friendly person - we have our own lives going on but we would like to be friends with our flatmates and be comfortable around each other at the house!
A non-negotiable for both of us is a clean and tidy flatmate - we share some areas of the house and we have a weekly rota to make sure house is clean and we keep on top of the cleaning.
Also females only please - landlords just want females and we also find ourselves more comfortable with just girls around the house.
The move-in date is the 21st of July, the minimum term is one year as we've both lived 3+ years in the house and we would love someone with us for the long run!
Bills are roughly £90-100 each month.
