Looking for a lovely female flatmate to fill my spare double bedroom in Clapham Junction/Battersea.

Room is recently renovated and fully furnished, complete with built-in wardrobes, under-bed storage, bedside table and desk. Also includes shared bathroom, kitchen and living area, as well as a private balcony. The building has a shared roof terrace for resident use, a bike store and is conveniently just above a gym, too.

Ideally located just a 5 minute walk from Clapham Junction station (Zone 2) and a 20 min walk from Battersea Park & Power Station.

Rent also covers a monthly service charge paid by each resident for upkeep of the building. Bills not included but roughly £100-£120 each per month for gas/water/electricity/WiFi/TV licence/council tax (Band D).

*Hybrid-worker preferred (not full time WFH).
*Someone chilled who enjoys an evening out with friends at the weekend but is low key and chilled in the week
*I also look after my family sausage dog some weeks, so would need someone who’s ok around cute (and cuddly) small dogs!
