Clapham Junction Station, with frequent trains to Central London (Waterloo, Victoria, etc.), is also a 10-minute walk, offering excellent transport links throughout London. Trains to London Gatwick Airport stop at Clapham Junction, providing a convenient 30-35 minute journey.
You will be the one of the four persons sharing the flat with other responsible individuals, some of whom work from home. We're looking for a professional who is:
-Responsible and respectful
-Contributes to keeping the flat clean and tidy
-Values a mutually respectful living environment
The rent is very reasonable, especially considering the location and amenities offered. Bills are added on top (approximately between £150-£250 per month, depending on usage) and split among flatmates. You're looking at ~ £810 for the bigger room ~ £685 for the smaller one and Deposit = 1/3 of the flat's total deposit which is around £817. The contract is for 12 months with renewal option.
Viewings are possible mostly in the evenings after 7 pm and weekends all day until evening. I will add more/better pictures soon! Please don't hesitate to ask any questions, but keep in mind there will be a lot of interest, so a prompt response might not always be possible.
