The flat (top floor) is located on a quiet residential road just off of Northcote Road so there are lots of lovely cafes, restaurants, bars and shops a short walk away.
Clapham Junction ~ 5 min walk
Clapham Common tube station ~ 15 min bus from the end of the road.
M&S/Waitrose ~ 2 min walk (large ASDA ~ 10 min walk)
Both Clapham Common and Wandsworth Common ~ 5-10 min walk
The double room available on the first floor, and comes furnished with a double bed (with storage underneath). It has two side tables, a large chest of drawers and two built in wardrobes with both hanging space and shelves.
Monthly bills are approx £150 (incl gas + electricity, water, council tax and wifi). We also have a cleaner who comes once a fortnight.
A bit about me (Ellie)… I’m a Team Assistant for a Private Equity firm and in the office 5 days a week. I really enjoy my running, Pilates and keeping fit but also love a fun brunch and night out. I do also love chilled nights in the flat and I’m ideally looking for someone likeminded who shares similar interests.
The room is available from 14th August and the current lease runs until 14th May 2025.
