Double Room in SW11 available from 11th August

I am looking for someone to take over my contract starting 11th August 2024. The room is the largest in our 4 bed house, very close to Clapham Junction Station. The contract ends 1st Oct 2024 (however, it's more than likely you would be able to sign on for another year if you wished to!) so perfect for those considering a short-term letting also.

Rent is £1000, payed on the 15th of each month directly to our private landlord, John. Bills are an additional ~£100 each month (council tax, water, gas & electricity, and wifi). The deposit is 1 months rent (£1000) which John puts in a deposit protection scheme. John is a very proactive and friendly landlord who has quickly fixed any issues we have had in the house.

You would be sharing with 3 other lovely girls, all aged 26 (2 Irish and 1 Aussie). We are a sociable house but respect that everyone also has their own plans. We often do house movie nights/Love Island nights, as well as the odd night out, gigs and coffee!
