I am moving out of the area and am looking for somebody to take my room from the 12th of August. It's a good sized, furnished (bed, chest of drawers, large built-in wardrobe, desk) double bedroom in a 4-bedroom top-floor flat which looks straight down Northcote Road. It has a really nice community feel, with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops all on your doorstep.
The flat is shared with 3 other (male) working professionals who have all been living together since the end of university. They are very easy to get along with and have a range of hobbies/interests between them. They are looking for someone who is outgoing to come and join them for the next year.
Clapham Junction ~ 10 min walk or a 5 min bus from outside the flat
Clapham South tube station ~ 15 min walk or 5/10 min bus from outside the flat
M&S/Waitrose/Sainsbury's ~ 5-10 min walk (large ASDA ~ 15 min walk)
Both Clapham Common and Wandsworth Common ~ 5-10 min walk
Monthly bills are approx £150 (incl. gas + electricity, water, council tax and WiFi). We also have a cleaner who comes once a fortnight.
The room is available from 12th August and the current lease runs until 11th August 2025.
