Double room to rent in Clapham junction

My housemate of 3 years is sadly moving in with her boyfriend meaning her room is becoming available from September 10th (can flex dates by a week before/after if needed).

I am hoping to renew the lease for another 12 months so needing to find someone to sign the contract with! Bills are not included in rent but cost approx. £120/month depending on the time of year etc. The rent even with bills is quite a bargain given the fantastic location and in comparison to all other rental prices in the area.

The flat is situated in an ideal location (right on lavender hill); 7 min walk to Clapham junction station / 20mins walk to Clapham South/ Clapham Common station and there is a bus stop across the road offering many routes into central London.

The room is fully furnished (minus the chest of drawers). It’s a lovely cosy flat and although snug, it’s perfect for 2 sharers. Would ideally be suitable for someone who does not require working from home (although there is space for a small desk in the shared living area if occasionally needed).

You’d be living with me (Jane), Irish and working as a dietitian in central. Love a chilled Mon-Friday as have a fairly active lifestyle so try to keep the socialising to weekends mostly (minus a midweek glass of wine here and there). Hoping to find another professional, friendly and tidy flatmate who would like to make the house a home! Bonus if you come with a television too :)
