Hello,

Unfortunately I'm moving out of my current room on the 1st of August and I'm looking for someone to take over my contract that ends on the 31st of August 2024. The current rent is £975 including bills and cleaner but from the 1st of September the rent will increase 8% and you can extend for another year.

The room is very large with enough space for TV, desk and its grat for working from home. Its also very bright and gets amazing sun and fresh air with two windows that can be wide opened.

It comes with double bed, double wardrobe and I might be able to leave you any furniture that I won't need. Just ask. In the kitchen there is a washing machine, dryer, dish washer, microwave and plenty of storage.

The house is always clean and all the people are very respectful. You will be living with Liam, Ava and Jamie all in thir mid 20s and I have never lived with a better bunch of people. They are all great.

The flat is located 12mins from Clapham junction with lots of options for public transport and easy access to Victoria and Waterloo stations. There are also a lot of buses going to Victoria, Waterloo, Liverpool street and Battersea power station for access to Northern line.

The landlord is also quite great and whenever there is an issue they have their own team that comes and fixes everything very quickly.

The flat is located 3-4 minutes from the Thames river and its great for run, cycling and walking.

There is a small Sainsbury's and Tesco just around the corner and a huge Asda and Lidl nearby. There are are plenty of food and cafe options right as well. You can also access the Battersea park woth just a 15mins walk and Clapham Common park with around 25mins walk.
