The Flat:
Spacious Double Room available with desk and office chair for wfh. The flat is situated in a prime location right beside Clapham Junction station (Zone 2) and so has great links to anywhere in London, especially central. Flat location is neighbouring St John’s Hill and the Northcote Road area with many shops, bars and restaurants in very close proximity. For supermarkets there is Lidl, Asda, Waitrose, M&S, Sainsburys, Whole Foods all within under 10 mins walk. Also nearby are green spaces like Clapham common and Wandsworth common. The flat has a shared kitchen/living room area leading out to a spacious balcony giving some outdoor space (and a nicely placed dartboard!). There is a separate shower room and toilet which are shared by the flatmates.

Rent for the room is £1100 plus bills which are usually around another £100 a month.

About me:
I’m a 25 year old from Ireland who works in Westminster a couple times a week as well as from the flat. Looking for someone interested in taking up the spare room from August when my current flatmate moves out (to Australia). I really enjoy the flat and location so I’m looking to find a new flatmate to join me here. I’m pretty laid back but still like to keep the flat in decent shape and free of drama, so someone with a similar outlook would be ideal. Apart from that I’m sure we’ll get along!
