I am looking for someone that could move in this property as I will be moving out from my room in September due to my professional career.

The property is located less than a minute away from Clapham Junction station. There are also bus stops all less than a couple of minutes away. It is seconds away from a large Lidl and Boots, and from all the amenities of Northcote Road.

The room is extremely spacious and bright, there is plenty of storage and it comes fully furnished.

There is a double bed, two large wardrobes, two chests of drawers, a bedside table and a desk.

Rent is £935 not including bills.

You will be sharing the bathroom, kitchen, living room and big garden with two lovely girls: Francesca and Azzurra, both working full time jobs in London. They are always available for anything you might need. Open to chat but respectful and valuing their privacy at all times.
