Large Double Bedroom - 7 Mins to Clapham Junction

Hi! Clem and I (Greg) are 2 young professionals looking for a 3rd roommate to take over our spare room. We both work in the city - Clem in finance, and I’m in tech. We have a lovely 3 bed flat that is a 7 minute walk from Clapham Junction Station. We’ve lived here for a year, but unfortunately one of our housemates is moving out to live at home and seek a career change.

The flat has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large spacious kitchen with a breakfast bar, an outdoor terrace that is lovely in the sun, and a large living room. Everything is already furnished and stocked up, so no need to bring any additional furnishings/kitchen equipment (unless you want to!). The available room is the largest one in the pictures - it’s on the top floor and has a lot of space if you need a desk to wfh. Bills are also about £100/month on top of rent.

Our tenancy runs through to August 2026, but there is a break clause that we can action from February 2025. Clem and I may end up moving out in February, but the remaining tenant should be able to bring in replacement tenants (or move out at the same time as us if 6 months is all you need).
