Double bed Room in Clapham Junction

We are looking for a new friendly and sociable housemate to come and join our humble abode in Clapham Junction.

We have one nice double bedroom available from mid November, furnished with double bed, wardrobe and set of drawers.

Price shown is with all bills included with the exception of a bi-weekly cleaner that is extra (currently in the range of £25 / month). Parking permits can be purchased for zone C1 but isn’t included in the rent.

Location of the house is absolutely amazing, a 30 second walk from Northcote road, 2 mins to Clapham Junction station with the best transport links to pretty much anywhere. Lots of lovely shops, cafes and restaurants and only a few minutes from Clapham Common.

We’re all really sociable and love spending time together as a house, but equally happy doing our own thing.
