Hello! We are looking for a new housemate and friend in our lovely 3-bed flat, less than 10 minutes from CJ station and a minute from Northcote Road.

Who are we?
29 and 30 year old girls who met via Matesplace, and are looking to replace our housemate who is moving back to New Zealand. We are working professionals (WFH/office) who like to be out and about with friends but are keen to make a new friend in our housemate. During the week we will be out running/ doing pilates and watching tv, and at weekends we enjoy a pub trip / night out. We value our own space but put an effort into making the flat a homely place that we can all enjoy together.

*Who are you?*
We are hoping to find someone 27-32 who can join us and bond over a good tv series, but also respects everyone's own space and is happy to do their own thing! We are really keen to find someone who is a similar vibe and fits in the culture of the flat, and is keen to join us on the occasional night out.

*The space*
The flat in the perfect location next to Wandsworth Common. It is 2 levels, super modern with an open plan kitchen/living area. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, as well as an additional bathroom downstairs. The bedroom is a good sized double with space for a desk (we tend to work in our bedrooms due to the open-plan layout), beautiful en-suite and a huge amount of storage.

Bills: Approx £160 (includes a cleaner every few weeks to keep it in great condition)
