Hey, my flatmate is moving out so looking for someone to take over her room early august.

🏡: 2 bedroom flat located near clapham junction (10 min walk) and battersea park (10 min walk), close to the big asda and many cafes/pubs. The flat has just got newly fitted carpets and new dishwasher.

🛏️: Double room on first floor flat with a shared bathroom and open plan kitchen/living room. Flatmate is taking some furniture but main items like bed is staying. Has a huge built in wardrobe and an airy light room

💰: £950pm not including bills (approx £150 but changes depending on time of year)

About me:
- 28 scottish gal who moved to london last year
- work in accounting, WFH 2 days a week
- hobbies include going the gym, reading, concerts/gigs, nights out with the gals, travelling
