Double room in lovely Clapham Junction flat

I am sadly moving out of this lovely flat near Clapham Junction station and looking for someone to replace me from the start of August.

The room has a double bed and is furnished with a large wardrobe, a mirror, a desk, and a set of drawers. It is £888 per month which includes all bills! Rent is payable monthly in advance and the contracts are individual for each room, rather than as a whole house.

The house has a shared living room which is very bright and comfortable. There are two other flatmates - Ali, who works as a drama teacher, and Matt, who works with an IT company. Both are so friendly and sociable, absolutely ideal housemates! Very happy to chat and socialise in the living room, but also happy to have your own space as well.

The flat is a 5 minute walk from Clapham Junction station and has great bus stop links all around. It’s super easy to get anywhere! It’s also about 20 minutes from Battersea Park and has a lovely walk down by the Thames right outside the flat. There are great places to eat and go out in Clapham Junction too, and the flat is about 10 minutes from the main streets. There is a huge Asda and Lidl really close by as well.

The landlords are private landlords who are very on-hand with any issues and will sort these quickly. Contracts are for 12 months, with a 6 month break clause if needed. Couples are able to be considered at 20% extra rent, but housing benefit tenants are not considered.
