Hey we’re Meg and Amber! We’ve got x2 rooms available in our 4 bed house from 1st September as two of our housemates are moving out. The house is huge over 3 floors with a garden patio, basement for storage, big open plan living room, kitchen, dining room.

Room 1: small double bedroom that comes with an additional room upstairs- currently being used as an office
Room 2: large en-suite room

Bills: usually come to £100 ish per month.
Available from: beginning of September.

Housemates: We’re two friends who want a friendly, homely home. We’re looking for chill, clean people who are happy to be social but also have their own stuff going on. We enjoy a drink & boogie in the local, running, baking, rinsing Pret subscription while it lasts.

Location: 5 minute walk to Clapham junction, 15 minutes to Clapham South + common. Superrrr nice location, a couple of roads from Northcote road, by cafes, restaurants, pubs, shops etc.
