The flat is located just off the Northcote road in Clapham and is 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. The room is an ample size with excellent kitchen and living room space (floorplan attached below). The downstairs bathroom is your own.

The flat is extremely well located with a huge range of great restaurant and pubs within a 5 min walk. The Northcote pub is 2 mins walk. Clapham junction station is only a 5 minute walk with great transport links to over ground and national rail.

Ideally looking for a working professional who is sociable and up for the odd drink on a Friday evening. I am only moving out as I am moving back home to Australia but have loved this flat.

You’ll be sharing with George who is a great and friendly guy. He works for a financial communications company and is very sociable and enjoys watching/playing sports (rugby, football, tennis, running etc). Someone who has their own group of friends but is also keen to mix with our friends would be ideal. Open to both male and females.

Our existing contract has a break clause that runs until the end of this year so short term let’s are considered to end of the year. If things are working well there is an option to carry on the contract on a monthly rolling basis up to another 18 months.

The room is available to take from early September (can be flexible on precise move in date).

Tenancy contract change: £50
Deposit: £1518
