Description
We are looking for a new member of our social Clapham Junction house share.
Current Housemates: The house consists of 2 boys, 2 girls (25-31). We're partial to bbq and the odd house party (hoping to celebrate our new housemate soon). As we all met through SpareRoom, we also have our own things going on and respect each others space and need for downtime. We have been lucky enough to become mates and are sociable as a house too!
The House: The nice open living area is great for our social evenings together watching tv, cooking and drinking. The rent is all inclusive of bills (all year round) and also includes a cleaner once a month.
The Room: The available room is cosy & furnished with good natural light, a double bed and in-built wardrobe. There is also plenty of potential to make your own additions.
The Area: Clapham Junction station is less than a 5 minute walk from the house, which has great links into the central London via Victoria and Waterloo. There is also a direct train to Gatwick airport & on-street parking (permit required), Northcote Road is an 8 minute walk away with a lively selection of pubs and bars. Battersea park and Clapham common are also within a 25 min walk.
Viewings: We will start viewings from next week (13 Oct). Specific viewings times will be organised via messages
