You’ll be joining Lucy (31) and Tahlya (28), both young professionals from Australia. Typically things are chilled during the week but we love going out for drinks and dinner and love a spin class or run.
Where is it?
The property is brilliantly located on Battersea Rise – it’s a 6-minute walk through the high street to Clapham Junction station. We’re also a couple of minutes away from both the Common and the trendy Northcote Road. You’ll have everything you’ll ever need on your doorstep.
What’s it like?
A stunning split-level period property, which underwent a complete refurbishment a few years ago. Loads of natural light and a beautiful private back garden.
Benefits:
- Open-plan layout kitchen / lounge with bi-folding doors, giving the option to separate the rooms
- Large south east-facing lawned garden with patio and BBQ
- Modern high-spec kitchen
- High ceilings and large bay windows with shutters
- Fully-furnished (including three extremely comfortable recliner sofas)
