Double Bedroom in 3 Bed House - Clapham Junction

Hello,

I'm sadly moving out of this 3 bedroom house in Clapham Junction at the end of January and am looking for someone to fill it!

About the house:
- The house is situated in an ideal location, about a 5 min walk from Clapham Junction for all fast walkers / 8-10 minutes for those who prefer a more relaxed stroll.
- The house is very much a home and not just a room as you you often see in house shares. It includes a large lounge, full kitchen and a lovely garden area for the summer which gets plenty of sun
- Your room will be on the second floor and you'll be sharing a bathroom with one other person
- It's a east facing room with plenty of room to work from home. The room is furnished but doesn't include a few of the things in the images
- Outside of the obvious items; the desk, mirror and bedside light are not part of the property. However if you would like i could be open to selling the desk. But if not you'll have to either bring/buy one
- The landlord has allowed us to make the rooms our own (within reason) so with permission you'd be able to add shelves etc
- We also have a parking space outside the house which you can have if needed!
- Bills are usually fairly cheap coming to around £60-£80 a month in winter and then dropping a lot in the summer

About Jacob & George
- You'll be sharing with two young male professionals
- They both do hybrid working and the wifi is really good so can support all three of you at once
- Jacob works in sales and George works in recruitment
- They're both very relaxed and laid back guys in all honestly. Both are huge sports fans. Jacob is a Southampton fan and George is a Wimbledon fan
- Jacob and George are both active. So if you like a run around Battersea Park/Clapham Common that's ideal.
- As a house we like to socialise and always watch sports in the lounge / go to the pub. So to fill my space I would be keen to get someone who they can relax with in the evenings
- Usual waffle now.... As a house we respect each others privacy and all that carry on. No but in all seriousness we do lead separate lives with different friendship groups but Jacob/George do want someone who they can have a laugh/beer with
- Someone who is clean and tidy is essential. Do what you want in your room but we keep the communal areas clean at all times, no questions.
- No preference on gender as long as you're clean/tidy and nice!
