We are two professionals looking for a third flatmate to rent with for a year. The current third flatmate is moving out but we love the flat and would like to find another person to renew our lease with (we rent the flat as a whole, not the individual rooms).

The flat is in a great location in the middle of St John's Hill. We are moments from great pubs, restaurants, coffee and close to lots of supermarkets. It is a five minute walk from Clapham Junction Station's great links.

The flat has:
- washer/dryer
- dishwasher
- large fridge/freezer
- small balcony.

We are very relaxed, friendly and tidy flatmates and are looking for somebody similar.
