We have 1 - 2 rooms and we are looking for someone to take over rent from the start of October, although we can be slightly flexible with the weeks before then.

🍕 We are a very sociable pair and especially enjoy having friends over for food, drinks, garden barbeques, Thanksgiving parties, sleepovers, and hangover Sunday rot fests with pizza. However, we are very respectful, house trained, and do know when to give space. We would love to find someone who is bright, joyful, respectful and open-minded.

👧 The remaining housemates (don’t worry, the boys moving out have bought, no beef):

🇺🇸 Rachel - 31 - physiotherapist, yoga teacher, run club girlies, and owner of the glitteriest wardrobe you ever did see. Pours a heavy handed tequila shot and delivers a thundering rendition of the Star Spangled Banner (Philly princess).

🇬🇧 Ellie - 28 - does one of those jobs that is impossible to explain, plant and garden mother, penchant for double denim, enjoys crocheting but can also drink you under the table

The property:

🪴 Our home is a lovely, plant filled paradise, it’s not the most modern but we think it has a unique charm.

🌳 We have a magical, green, gorgeous sun-trap garden, complete with an enchanted pear tree.

🛋️ There’s a cosy lounge filled with books and every TV subscription under the sun. Kitchen is stocked to the nines with about every appliance you could wish for (f*ck yeah air fryer).

🧑‍🌾 We live in a lovely neighbourhood with kind and generous neighbours, who are very accommodating and give away really good trinkets, plants and furniture every now and then.

The room(s):

🛌 One room is currently available to view, it has lots of space, a nice garden facing window, and the previous occupier is happy to leave behind furniture including a bed, so you can move straight in.

🛏️ The other (will be available to view in a week or so) is also a double complete with a gorgeous garden-facing balcony. Rent is roughly £800 but we need to double check that one.

The ideal future housemate:

💜 We would ideally like a girly who is of a similar age to us (26+), just to maintain balance. We are very friendly, social creatures, so would like someone who is open to cultivating a beautiful friendship and living environment.
Bonus if you’re passport ready for a long weekend trip away and if you are veggie/vegan so we can enjoy home cooked meals altogether.
