The room to let is in a lovely 3 bed big end of terrace house in battersea, less than 5 minutes walk to clapham junction. 15 mins walk to Battersea Park. Sharing with two other females who are working professionals with busy lives but always up for social/chats. Ideally would prefer a girl.

Would also appreciate a housemate who keeps the communal areas clean and cleans up after themselves!

There is a shared living room and kitchen and a south facing garden with a sofa which is great for the summer.

Bills come to approx £140/month for everything. (council tax, broadband, gas and electricity, tv license, water)
