Large double room with ensuite 🏠

We have a large furnished double room with an ensuite to rent in our four bedroom house which was renovated in 2021.

We love where we live, being just 7 minutes from Clapham Junction station, 10 minutes from Clapham Common and Northcote Road, 20 minutes from Clapham Old Town and 25 minutes from Battersea Park.

You’ll be living with three women, Simone, Michaela and Rosie. We all work full time and enjoy exploring London on the weekends. We love going for coffees, watching reality TV and venturing around SW London. We would like a flatmate who was keen to be part of this but also have their own friends in London.

Please note that bills in this house are very expensive and in the colder months we can pay up to £200 each per month for them. We also have a cleaner who comes once a fortnight and costs each flatmate £20 pcm (included in price of bills). So, when you are considering this flat you should expect to pay c. £1450 per calendar month to include bills and the cleaner.

Our current housemate is moving out to with her partner and will be leaving the house the 30th September, so your move in date would be from 1st October. We understand that you may move in afterwards but would of course need to pay for bills from 1st October and discuss rent payments with the landlord separately, who lives locally and who we pay and liaise with directly.
