This is a great opportunity to live in a cosy and bright room in Clapham, between the Junction and the Common (located on Lavender Sweep).

The room itself is at the top of the house, with 2 big skylights (double-glazed) giving you lots of natural light. It has from plenty of storage space. Please note that the ceiling is slanted. The furniture in the room is mine, I have not decided what to do with it yet so I am happy to discuss options with the new tenant.

The house is a big 3 story townhouse with 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen/living area, and a small courtyard garden.

The location is very handy, being less than a 10 minute walk to Clapham Junction station. Buses are right outside our door door, Clapham Common is 100m away and Clapham Common Station just up the road.
There's plenty of shops around, being just behind Northcote road. You'll be spoiled for choice with several supermarkets within walking distance.

The house is full of lovely young professionals who work in a range of consulting, marketing, government and tech. We all get along really well, have beers together, watch sport together, but all live our own separate lives.
I have lived here for close to 4 years and so have most of the other housemates. I am moving to go back to my home country, which is why we are looking for another girl to replace me.
I am planning to move around Oct 1st, but can be flexible with the moving date.

The house has all the amenities you need, washing machine, dryer and a dishwasher.
We have a cleaner that comes once a fortnight.
Bills are around £100 a month.
