Hello,
Our current flatmates will be moving out on 28th of October (flexible date) and we're looking for another couple or individual to take over the ensuite room in our flat.

Room Features:
Furnished with a desk, chair, wardrobe, and double bed.
Ensuite bathroom with a bathtub.
You will have your private bathroom.

Shared Spaces: You will have access to the living room and kitchen. The living room is furnished with a small couch and two tables.

Additional Information:
The water bill totals more or less £52 Monthly, split equally at £26 per room.
Electricity costs approximately £20-30 in total Monthly , split equally.
Council Tax £58.76 per room monthly (total £117.52)
