The room is part-furnished with a wardrobe which has so far been kept outside the bedroom. But I am open to selling my bed for a very reasonable price. There is also always space to wfh in living room or kitchen.
The remaining two tenants (Lucy and Fliss) will be leaving the flat in mid-late December, so will need the room filling for around two-three months as a tenancy swap.
