Spacious, bright double attic room in Battersea

Large double attic bedroom in 3 bed flat available, sharing with two gorgeous ladies! Located next to Clapham Junction station, 2min walk to St John’s Hill for shops and bars, a 5-10 min walk to Northcote road and Wandsworth common, 15 mins from Clapham common, and a 10min walk down to the riverside too.
This is a great room and is so large even as an attic room! There is a bed, bedside table, fold out sofa bed, loads of storage and a comfy chair!! The flat is cosy and warm, we’re very chill and like to chat in the evenings over dinner/TV, but also appreciate each other’s need for down time.
It's worth saying that the two other girls are looking to buy their own flats soon so won't be here long term. But a bonus if you have other friends in mind to move in too!
The flat is on a road but has never bothered me or my flatmates.. The flat is above a shop- they’re friendly and we never have any issues.

BILLS ETC
Bills aren’t included but are around £100-150 on top dependent on the seasons. It’s not the newest flat in terms of appliances etc, but the landlord is great and is super quick to come over and checks/fix things if we have any problems. We also like to keep it clean and tidy, but aren’t precious about it. Bathroom isn’t pictured but it’s pretty standard - toilet and bath with a powerful shower.
COUNCIL TAX- BAND C
Looking for someone to take the room for 6 months initially, but the tenancy is a rolling contract.
Ideally looking for another girl to replace me, someone of a similar age and with similar interests etc. The girls work a mixture of WFH and in office, so would suit someone with a similar schedule.
