Just kidding (but we are looking for a man) to move into this beautiful room in Clapham junction. Access to a wonderful huge terrace with a fire pit 😍 10 min walk to CJ station, and 15 min walk to Clapham South.
£1,300 pcm (+£80 bills). Bed and mattress provided (and room includes a beautiful big built in wardrobe)
You will be living with Matt (30m) and Kay (25f), who are accountants (but fun ones). We are looking for someone chilled and clean and who occasionally wants to join us for a bevvie in the Eagle (see pics for how close we are to the pub).
Bonus points if:
- You love a pub quiz, and can bring a specialist topic that we don’t already have covered…
- You can introduce us to a new show on Netflix
- You enjoy a roast dinner (usually make one on Sunday!)
