We have a spacious but homely unfurnished room becoming available on 1st November in our house share right off Northcote Road and Clapham Common. We're looking for a friendly, respectful new housemate to call this place home.

**Location:**
- Located in Clapham Junction, right off the common and near all the great spots on Northcote Road
- Excellent transport links – just 10 minutes to Clapham Junction Station
- Close to local shops, cafes, pubs, and green spaces

**About Us:**
You’ll be sharing with Immy and George, both 29. We're sociable, easy-going, and enjoy a chilled atmosphere at home. We love spending time together but also respect each other’s space and downtime.

**Rent & Bills:**
- Rent: £800 per month (note: there might be a slight increase at the end of the contract)
- Bills: roughly £150 per month, including utilities, internet, and a cleaner
