En-suite room available 3 minutes walk to Clapham

Room is available from 15th October and the contract runs until 14th June 2025 but can be extended for another year at that point.
Sadly one of our housemates is moving out of London so we’re looking to fill his room.
About the house:
- rent is 1,300 per month for the en-suite (not including bills)
- Bills come to around 100-120 each on top of rent each month.
- Your room comes with: massive two double built in wardrobes (one is hanging space and the other is all shelves so a huge amount of storage) and double bed.
- There is space to put a desk if you worked from home.
About us:
- You would be living with 3 other people (2 guys and 1 girl) who are all in their mid-20s.
- We are all very friendly and easy going.
- One of us works from home up to 3 days a week, another 1 day a week and the last is in the office 24/7.
- We met on spare room over a year ago and have lived together since.
About you:
- We’re looking for someone who is also easy going, tidy and respectful of other people keep the current vibe of the house going 😊
Some of the pictures are newer than others but all that is changed is some furniture.
