Sadly, I’m leaving the flat and we’re looking for someone to take my place. The available room is a spacious double with an ensuite, located just a 15-minute walk from Clapham Junction station. It’s on Lavender Hill, with a Co-op just 3 minutes away, and both Tesco and Sainsbury’s within a 5-minute walk. Rent is £1300, all bills included (plus a cleaner who comes once a month).
The flat has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. There are TVs in every room.
**Who you'll be living with:**
- *Adam*: Irish, works in finance, always up for a good time.
- *Rohan*: American with Indian roots, transforms into John Travolta when the drinks start flowing.
- *Adrien*: French, makes an incredible banana bread.
- *Hugo*: From Andorra, apparently has some killer dance moves.
We’re a quiet bunch during the week but social on the weekends, whether it's sports, drinks, or a chill movie night.
