The flat is fully furnished, with two double rooms, living room, shared bathroom and fully-equiped kitchen. Great location on Northcote Road with loads of restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby, and walking distance to Clapham Junction station and Clapham South underground.
Rent is £850 per month, bills included. Flexible on length of stay but ideally looking for 6 months to start with, with possibility for extension after that.
You'll be sharing the flat with me. I'm 29 years old and working as a software engineer with 3-4 days per week working from home. I enjoy running, hiking, cooking and watching films. I'm an easy-going and respectful flatmate, and looking for someone with similar vibes. It's probably better suited for someone who doesn't work from home that often as there's no desk in the room, but happy to discuss.
