I am (sadly) leaving my house to move in with a friend. I’ve lived here for over 3 years. It’s a great location near Clapham Junction and Clapham Common.
The girls in the house are super friendly and love to go on walks/watch films/go to the pub together. Looking for someone who is social, friendly, clean and wants a home not just a room! We have a garden at the back which is cute for the summer and a big newly renovated bathroom. The other 3 girls (Laura, Becca and Abi) are all professionals aged between 27-33.
Looking for female professionals only.
(Also a perk is that the mattress was brand new when I moved in & I’ve had a thick protector on so very clean!).
Bills are about 50-100 depending on time of year etc.
As I’m moving with a friend I can be super flexible on dates - looking mid November-early December but could do earlier. We are hoping to do viewings 14/15 October.
