Flatmates are Stan and Jack, both 25, one works for a hedge fund and the other is the (interim) CEO of a football club.
Flat is spacious for a 3-bed, with a kitchen, a living room, and a large roof terrace which is great for hosting things in the summer. The room is a good size with plenty of storage and space for a desk if you WFH.
The location is excellent. Its a 5 minute walk to Clapham Junction station, and a nice, safe area with lots of shops and pubs nearby.
We're a friendly house who do stuff together on weekends and in the evenings. We work hard in the week and keep the place clean, so would suit a would suit a sociable and tidy young professional.
The room is available now and we are looking for someone to move in by November. The first rent payment would be due on November 4th, as well as a deposit of £1,250 payable to Foxtons in advance of the tenancy commencing.
Bills and tax (band D) are £67 per month, so all in the room would be £1142 with all bills. We pay a fixed rate energy bill so don't expect this to go up in winter.
