About the flat:
The flat is a 1 min walk from the train station, and next to loads of supermarkets, pubs, gyms and coffee shops making it an ideal location! Northcote Road and Battersea park are super close by.
It’s 4 bedrooms and there are 2 bathrooms (one with sink and shower and one with toilet, sink and shower.) We split these between 2 flatmates each.
Kitchen is fully equipped so no need to bring stuff!

A bright & quiet room with high ceilings located beside the living room in the flat. My flatmate is selling the following furniture in it for £50 total:

Description:
Clean, small double room with large window. Cozy, but has good storage. Room is on quiet side of building. In addition, there is a designated desk area for you in the living room and option to have a dresser in this room as well. Furniture included is: bed frame, double mattress, wardrobe, 1 bedside table, shoes storage unit, desk, desk chair. All being sold for £100
About us:
We’re both in our late twenties and share a lot in common. We love the usual things—running, the gym, pilates, brunch, and discovering new coffee/marg spots. We aren’t massive party gals anymore and in most weeknights chilling with each other.
We’re looking for someone who is similar and like minded to us. We have our own groups of friends but equally enjoy doing things together🩷
