Room Available in 2 Bed in Clapham/Battersea

I have a room available in my two bed flat, available from now - looking for someone to move in as soon as possible ☺️

The flat is located between Clapham Old Town & Common / Clapham Junction & Northcote road and is about a 20 minute walk or 5 minute bus to both. There is a bus stop outside the flat that will take you to both. I travel for work in Farringdon and my commute is about 40/45 mins door to door.

I’m looking for a female flat mate who is sociable and would be keen to spend time together - have a post work wine or shared dinner during the week. I am relatively new to London so this is quite an important factor for me when considering who to live with! ☺️

The flat is quite small but really cosy and for this reason is quite warm/doesn’t require much to heat. It has a balcony that gets sun in the evenings (in summer) and a view of the city skyline which is pretty special!

**Please note the room available is part furnished, not fully furnished! It has a large wardrobe with a mirrored door and I also have a bedside table for the room but it does not have a bed frame or mattress included.

About you:

- Ideally in a role that does not require you to WFH, however if it’s hybrid and a few days we could make this work. The previous tenants were two friends who worked from home full time

- Looking for a long-term rental (tenancy runs until Feb 2025)

- Available to move in asap

- Sociable, friendly and fun!
