The flat is on the ground floor and has a really cute garden. It's also extremely close to Wandsworth Common, which is lovely for walks, and a 10 minute walk to Northcote Road. The closest train station is Wandsworth Common (5 min walk) which will get you in to Victoria in 12 minutes, and the nearest tube station is Balham (about a 15 min walk) - Clapham South station is also walkable (approx 18 mins)

1 27y/o, employed full time, and in the office 2-3 times a week. There is also an 18 month old adorable cocker spaniel named Loki, so therefore essential you like dogs, Loki is a sweetheart and the kindest dog, who i'm sure you'll get on with brilliantly.

The bedroom does not come furnished, but I'd be happy to negotiate a price on some of the furniture in the double room. All of the other items in the flat are owned by my housemate, who you'll be sharing with!
