Looking for a replacement from December 4th on a beautiful and extremely bright one bed flat in the heart of Clapham Junction. The flat is close to all amenities (Gails, Tesco and Sainsbury 1 min walk, huge Asda, Lidl - basically everything you can think of). The flat is located in Battersea rise, so less than a 10 minute walk to Clapham Junction station and just a short bus ride to Clapham Common. So the most perfect location!
We absolutely loved this flat and leaving with heavy hearts, but planning to find the right person / couple to replace us and make it home.
The house consists of a beautiful and big hallway where you can place a desk to WFH, a nice storing space, a 3 piece bathroom with great water pressure (rare in London). The living room with a comfy Italian sofa, huge wardrobe. The bedroom has 2 big chest of drawers, wardrobe (so large that we barely could fill it). But the cherry on top is a private patio perfect for those summer bbq nights with friends.
The boring bits:
Looking to find a replacement ASAP to move in ideally on the 4th of December. This will be a letting replacement which is managed by Marsh and Parsons. References will be needed and the landlord will be making the final decision based on it. Our contract expires in April 2027, with a break clause in 2026. Each April rent is expected to increase by only £50!! So no nasty surprises. The landord is also managing the flat. She is extremely nice and very accommodating to all needs. She fully repainted the house less than 6 months ago and it is in perfect conditions. House is fully furnished beside the dining table and bed (Dusk Ottoman bed so extra storage for those who needs it) and mattress which we have bought in June (basically brand new) and we are happy to sell for a good price. Please write something about yourself when enquire as we will start viewing ASAP.
