Double Room to Rent in Clapham Junction

I am looking for someone to fill my room as I am moving back to New Zealand.

The flat is located about a 10min walk from Clapham Junction station. It’s a 5min walk to the nearest bus stop which is well connected to Chelsea, Battersea and Clapham Common. There’s a Tesco express and Sainsbury’s Local 5mins walk from the flat and a big Asda & Lidl 10mins walk away.

The flat has a big kitchen, lounge, two bathrooms and a back patio area. The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, shelves, drawers, desk and chair - great if you work from home.

The flatties are very friendly, Mitch and Shaneel are from New Zealand and Sara is from Portugal. They all work from home during the week and will occasionally go into the office to work. They enjoy travelling, socialising, cooking, going to the gym.

We want to try and keep the balance of 2 guys and 2 gals in the flat so ideally looking for a female to move in.

I am hoping to set up some viewings asap. Move in date would be the 12th of December.
