Quiet double room just off Northcote Road

Hi there

I’m renting out a spacious, comfortable double room in a great flat in Clapham/Battersea.

I’ve been in the flat just under a year and it’s a great place to live - it’s very quiet, a very light/airy lounge (with full Sky, Netflix etc and surround sound) and separate kitchen, plus a patio garden with a BBQ.

it’s two minutes walk from Northcote Road, which is full of restaurants, cafes, shops inc two supermarkets and pubs.

Transport-wise, it’s a 10 minute walk to Clapham Junction and the same on the bus to Clapham Common on the Northern Line.

I’m a 33-year-old journalist who works shifts and some weekends, and works from home two days a week. I love cooking, watching anything comedy/drama/sport related, running and a pub trip.

Looking for a friendly housemate who is keen for somewhere which can feel as much a home as a house, while both respecting our individual lives.
