Sadly one of the housemates is moving out so there is a room available in a great house in Clapham! It is a large double room with a fitted wardrobe and plenty of space for a desk to WFH, overlooking the back garden.

The house is in a fantastic location, just north of the common, it is a 10 minute walk to both Clapham Common and Clapham Junction, so you have access to 24hour tube and one of London's biggest train hubs.

The house itself is a big Clapham townhouse, spread over 4 levels, there's a living room, large kitchen, patio and garden, 2 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms, and a cleaner comes once a week.

Housemate wise, everyone is a professional, easy going, and spends the evenings cooking, chatting, watching TV, going out etc. We're looking for someone who will integrate into the house rather than just use the place as a bedsit :)

It’s officially in Wandsworth so Council Tax is only £23pcm, all other bills approx £55-£60pcm.
