3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment off Northcote Road

I am looking to rent out a newly renovated and refurbished apartment. It consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms.

The apartment is wonderfully located just off the Northcote Road between the Commons and is an easy 10-15min stroll to Clapham Junction station or 25min to Clapham South and Balham. There are also buses that run just at the end of the road to other parts of town.

My preference is for a respectful couple, who are private and easy going. I have only just recently renovated and so I am looking for someone to respect the property and neighbourhood as both are lovely.

Ideally looking for 6-12 months. Bills not included.
