Double room in a really good area, close to Clapham Junction station, and only a 10/15 min walk to the nearest Wetherspoons 😉

The house itself has 2 washing machines, a tumble dryer, 2 ovens, 3 fridges, a living room with a smart TV (everything is logged in on there!) and a big garden, all bills included. You would be signing onto your own contract as the landlord is pretty chill and allows a change of tenancy!

We hangout as a house and like netflix and a takeaway, a games night, or a pint 🍻 there’s plenty of room to have your own space but always someone down to hangout if you’re bored! Looking for someone to fit the vibe, with a guarantee of 8 new friends
